As Christian business owners and managers, we face many challenges in the marketplace. These challenges surround us in many different ways. We are faced with issues like; how to address improper employee behavior, how to manage and address irate customers, how to sell services in the right way to our customers, and how to release employees and vendors. We have to address these issues while trying to stay true to our core believes of operating in God’s divine plan for our lives and not to do harm to others.

These struggles are heightened when dealing with many non-believers who don’t see the world as we do. Our goal in sharing the Biblical Principles for Business series, and associated radio show with the larger marketplace is to demonstrate that there are ways to properly manage these everyday business challenges and decision making processes using God’s word. While determining His plan for our lives in business and the workplace.
We just need to learn how to balance our faith, with our business and jobs, while participating in the marketplace.
